Really go over what you get per state and make sure they know. Go over your closing discloser with a fine tooth comb before signing it.

I can not believe how easy Veterans United made it to buy a home. I had a terrible experience with another lender, and VU was definitely a breath of fresh air.
I did a VA loan back in 2000 on a new house. It was a chore from beginning to end.
