We had a fantastic experience with Veteran's United. Initially, I seemed a bit skeptical because of the name that seemed very generic. But the thoughtful information, low pressure, intuitive website, and personalized service made me a believer. They also hooked us up with great Homeowners Insurance that we couldn't seem to beat anywhere - even with organizations made up of primarily military and former military.
Veterans United is an excellent company for initial home VA financing or re-finance. I have done both with this company. As a veteran, I really appreciate professional service. I highly recommend this companies services!

If you shop around you might find better rates but I can guarantee you won't find the same level of Customer Service as Veterans United.
From start, sometime in July, to finish on September 4th, this was one well oiled machine. Absolutely everything went smoothly, was easy to accomplish and was thoroughly explained. Really the most difficult thing I had to do was decide to buy a home.

I had a really good experience. I will make 1 suggestion, try to find a real estate agent as close to the homebuyer as possible. Chemistry will probably be better and better opportunity for the homebuyer as agent in the area will be most knowledgeable in all aspects. Thank you for helping me become a home owner.

You won't regret working with these guys. They were so helpful and even took time to educate us. Since this was our first home, there was a lot we were uncertain of, and they really helped to fill in the gaps and break things down for us. We were grateful to have them in our corner.
