My advice to other veterans -don't hesitate using Veterans United as your loan provider. They are intimately familiar with the VA loan requirements. This was very helpful to us. Also, it was SUPER convenient to be able to upload documents on their secure site. It made all the admin tasks really efficient!

This is a very difficult process a lot of problems that should not have been most of it bureaucratic nonsense in the VA I will never use the VA home loan again the inspector was completely incompetent didn't want to do his job ask for things that were completely irrelevant and miss things that were important

Overall experience with Veterans United was wonderful. Very easy to work with.
I felt a lot of documents were a little unnecessary but giving the time of the pandemic I understand. The need to revalidate our pay stubs over several months was ok but a memo stating why my Mother In-law was listed on our checking accounts didn't jive with me.
