No robot here, I’m a real live Marine Corps veteran living in Vermont. Like a lot of veterans I suffer from PTSD. That causes me to generally not trust people and like most PTSD sufferers I tend to avoid people. Im here to let everyone know that Veterans United is actually on our side. They are all very dedicated to making veterans lives better. I don’t keep track of the news. I didn’t know there was a rate drop. My team reached out to me! They let me know about my re finance options and did all the work. I just had to occasionally go to the website and click sign a few things. They even sent the notary to my house to sign the paperwork when it was all done. The process was simple, not scary or triggering one bit. In the end they saved me $400 a month and that’s a lot of money when you’re on a fixed income. I cannot recommend Veterans United enough.

Phenomenal job with all parties. There’s was a bunch of nerves going into this being my first home buying experience. Going into this for the first time I was essentially hoping for you guys to hold my hand but didn’t want to ask for it. Everything was simplified and easy to do. If you want to buy a house, this is the way to go! They are helpful and very responsive. They will answer any questions you have and they will walk you through the process step-by-step. They said everything up for you. All you need to do is read and sign!

From the beginning going FHA we went through so many tasks, getting this and that form, and calling back and forth with Tyler. It's very stressful. And to almost not going through with the closing. Then, finding out going VA was great, and they got it approved and closed within a small amount of time. So grateful for this experience. One small suggestion.... VA loans should get a better interest rate then FHA. Veterans should be able to get at least 1 point better than FHA. In closing number were off, and we had to wait, and took a little more time than expected.
Lastly, VU did a great job of explaining, communicating and helping us understand and get through this process and we can't thank you ALL enough!!! Thanks again for your support and time. Job exceptionally done well!
