Overall a very pleasant and easy experience with VU.
There are many things that could have been done differently not all of them were vus fault. I hope my case is something that can be learned from. How ever I am super thankful to crystal (from client advocate) Steven Ross, and my realtor Celeste. Without them this would have been a nightmare.
VU was extremely efficient and helpful with processing my loan and responding to all my questions. They kept a good rapport with my realtor and we all worked together as a great team for an overall good experience.
Nicole, my loan officer was absolutely incredible!! To say she made the experience so much easier is an understatement!! She walked me through the whole process and was always always available!! That alone is unheard of in this day and age. So personalized her service was that she made me feel like I was her only client..That's a talent very few people have, and incredibly appreciated during what for many can be a stressful experience. When I recommend Veterans United it will be because in large large part because of Nicole. I cant believe we closed so fast and painlessly!! Thank you Nicole! Nearly perfect, only a few minor "bumps in the road" along the way. Considering all that is going on currently with the covid virus, it's amazing that there wasn't more bugs to work out. Molly and Abby overall were great. If I have the opportunity to refer others... I definitely will ! ! !
