Theresa saunders did above and beyond and also made it very clear exactly what the underwriters needed in order for me to get approved. She comforted and re assured through the process the whole time. I have recommended her to several of my friends that i served with on my deployments and to people i have met during my enlistment. There was never a point where i feared the loan wouldnt get approved and she kept constant communication with updates and answered all of my questions whether it was late or ad soon as she was available the very next day. I am so pleased with the house and this is my first house. She was able to close me in less than 30 days!!!!!! Words cannot describe the appreciation i had for her or the loan team that helped me through this loan process. Just to add they gave me a great rate and im really happy with their service

For the most part, things went without a hitch. Uploading documents in the secure portal was almost seamless and instantaneous. However, some things ended up blurry at their end, even though it was clear when I viewed them at my end. At least it was quick!
