That Put your trust and confidence in the team at Veteran United to make all your needs and dreams come true I was so happy with the way they care about you and your needs they made a dream of mine come true that I had been waiting all my life for and I was over excited and shed tears at my closing they are the best when it comes to customer satisfaction

everyone involved in my loan was great !!! couldn't ask for a better way to buy a house

Great communication, timely responses and very professional. It was a pleasure!

Darren and Shay made our wish become reality! But with every situation, it takes a village. And Tobias and I truly appreciate all the extra work that the entire team at Veterans United did. Not only did we get accepted for a loan but the process was switched midstream and still the loan was approved at the original closing date! Again we are so happy with everything that Veterans United did and we will recommend them to everyone. And if we ever have any other home experiences we need to deal with, we will work with Veterans United again!

My Loan Team Lead, Corey, was in constant contact with me about what was happening with the loan, what documents I needed to turn in, and was able to answer any questions that I had. I was actually surprised at how much he called to check in to let me know what stage of the process we were in and what was coming up next. This was my first time buying a home and it was a huge help to have such a hands-on team to assist me.

Response from Veterans United
We appreciate this information Prince. While there is nothing we can do to change you experience we want to make sure we can provide some answers to your issues. We always want you to shop around with other lenders to make sure you are getting into the best situation for yourself and your family and never suggest you close on a loan if you feel it is not beneficial to you. The issue with the fire alarms can be taken up with your real estate agent. Anything with your taxes will need to be address with your local taxing authority. Since you recently closed your first loan payment will not be due until the following month so you should receive that information soon. Let us know if we can help in any other way.
It doesn't matter is this is the first time youre buying a house or the fifth time, Veterans United is the best place to take care of everything you need with friendly staff and a large knowledge base.

the closing got a bit confusing with the paperwork as I was out of town for the closing. Could have had better communication through that.

I highly recommend that people use United because it was a lot of help to me

This is the second time I have used Veterans United for my home loan. Both times it was a very easy and minimal effort experience. Andrew Beckett and his team were great. He was my loan officer both times. Would go no where else for a home loan.

I secured my loan and bought my house...the support could have been better.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for the feedback Karl. We always want your loan team to be in constant communication with you throughout your loan process to help with any questions you might have. Our Client Advocate team remains available to you if you need to provide any additional details about your experience.
