I have nothing but good things to say about United Home loans! They took very good care of me and were always patient. The whole process took about 18 months and they were very good at not pressuring decisions. It was an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend them for any veteran looking for a home.
I highly recommend Logan and his team when you are looking to finance or refinance your home loan.
The no cost mortgage is impossible to get because no seller is going to agree to pay for the closing costs for the buyer. The funding fee is too excessive and burdensome. I paid the $11k funding fee and financed $9k closing costs so I ended up paying over $20k for this loan (plus other fees). Any equity left in our home after closing was eaten up by your process. For this reason I will never again use my VA benefits to buy home.

Easy process, very quick and no hassles.
John is the best. There's really no other way to put it. From day one he's been there for me and wife. I can't express how thankful we are that we had someone like John walking us through this process. I work an unusual schedule and I'm unavailable for four weeks at a time and that didn't stop John from getting us through everything. Even the closing would have been a nightmare if not for him. He went above and beyond to get paperwork changed and rechanged, scheduling the closing for us, getting us our documents on time, etc. Veterans United is lucky to have found and employed such a dedicated employee as John Wacker. Just as me and my wife were lucky to have him assigned to us. He truly is the gold standard.I would absolutely recommend Veterans United to anyone who has the opportunity to work with them to purchase a home.
