It was a journey, a lot of learning if you are a first time home buyer, but my Veterans United team helped me every step of the way. They helped me push through the little snags we had along the way and made it happen. Joel and Chris were my main points of contact and these guys really care about you as a person and take pride in what they do. They're there whenever you need them and response time was superb. I think Veterans United really lived up to the great reviews I've read before using them. I recommend fellow veterans to use these guys.
I had no idea of what to expect when buying my first home. My entire team at Veterans United took care of me and made the home buying experience as easy as possible. Was there a lot of paperwork to fill out? Of course. But being able to photograph my documents and send them via phone using the website was so simple. It made the process much easier. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and kept me informed every step of the way. And the rates were amazing. My Real Estate Agent n and the closing lawyer were veterans so I really felt that I was in good hands. Closing took a little longer because veterans need to talk about our service to this great Nation. I felt at ease, in good hands...like I was with my family. Thank you Veterans United.
