Once the offer was made on a home, the process only took about 30 days to move to closing. There was little need for interpersonal communication as it was mostly done by email. All in all, it was one of the lest stressful home purchases we've made.

Joe Newberry and his team at United Veteran Home Loans in my opinion is the standard and epitome of how home loans should be handled. Anytime I had any questions, I could call, text, or email and I would have a response within ten minutes. No matter how trivial a question or concern was, they were always there to ease my mind. Making such a huge purchase is already stressful, but they always made sure to let me know that they had their end handled. Always professional and made sure I felt as if I were their only client at the time. It was also refreshing that Joe asked me if they could do anything better.
