Please be careful if you end up with seth Thompson and Chris Foreman they were slow and horrible. We ended up in a hotel because our loan was a week late having to pay to move twice. Once from our apartment we had to be out of and then out of storage we had to pay for. It was a nightmare.

Having bought many homes through different mortgage companies, I can proudly say VU has a customer for life!Staff were excellent at keeping me informed and walking me through processes. Customer service was excellent from all departments. Online system was easy to use and made document requests a breeze. Thank you Veterans United for making this life change as painless as possible.
Not pleased at all still waiting for money; and still had to make sept payment and still unsure ab the October one that was promised we would not have! Honestly wished we would have went with our current providers Penny MAC. They are upfront honest and would have never taken this long. This process was ridiculously lengthy. People still have out of office voicemails from August which is insane. My business would never allow that. Overall pretty sad

Thank you Todd and your team for making it possible. It was fast and not as stressful as I thought it would be. They talk with you through the process. Theirs videos you can watch during your process which made it easy to understand too. I can’t answer my phone due to work but good communicating through emails and made sure everyone was on the same page as well as my realtor. Thank you again for everything.
There is a reason why this is my second time working with Veterans United. They do their job,....very well!Having just purchased my fourth home, working with other lenders the first two times, VU has been by far the best one to work with. They make it more of a personal working relationship then just a working relationship. I never had any worries to speak of. VU always keep me up on the status throughout the entire process and willing to help in anything we asked or needed. VU's website makes the process easy to understand and easy to navigate. Upload, download everything is there and very easy to use.I recommend to every Veteran, talk to Veterans United before deciding. They are there for us Veterans.
