Very poor customer service. Took 3 months to close. Ridiculous! If we had an issue I would not find out until I called after days of not hearing from my agent.I didn’t feel like. You are working for Veterans. Just another mortgage company, but you advertise as a company that support veterans.I had a conversation with my agent at the 3 months mark and I was frustrated and we had an exchange of thoughts her conclusion was do you want to withdraw my refinance? After three months I’m at your mercy.After all this the title company had us waiting all day 3 appointments. Finally signed at 5pm first appointment was 9am then 1pm.I can only hope no other veterans has to endure the we had too.

I love my new home that Veterans United made possible for me to purchase. I am currently int he process of moving my stuff into there as I slowly get it furnished with beautiful new furniture. Veterans United is the way to go. They actually care about vets and they specialize in VA home loans, which is completely different from banks. I previously tried to do a VA home loan through my bank and it was a nightmare and I ended up giving up on it. With Veterans United, I got exactly what I wanted and more.

My suggestion would be to call and start a line of communication with the loan officer. Our experience with Chance Mullins was positive and felt like a family member.
I would never use another company to purchase a home with a VA loan. USAA didn't even come close to the same level of customer service.
