Easy re-fi. My agent Andy Moe, was very professional and thorough.
The only inconvenience was the underwriter wanting an actual quote or invoice from the allowance I was receiving. I was buying the materials from Lowe’s and sent screen shots of the online shopping cart with the prices but that wasn’t good enough. I had to spend 45 min on the phone with Lowe’s to get a formal quote with the exact same prices. I also would not have been able to provide an invoice because I didn’t get the allowance yet and wouldn’t pay out of pocket
