My mortgage officer Kody was outstanding always responded in a timely manner and answered questions in a clear and concise way. The gal working under Kody in charge of my case, Holly, was not as easy to work with, she only wanted to work through emails and it was very difficult to get her to pick up a phone and call me back unless I called Kody to voice that I had not heard back from her. Overall I enjoyed my experience and Veterans United did a great job expediting the process.
