Our Loan Officer, Jake Kraft, and his Assistant, Nick Gimmings, were great. Both were very professional and very friendly. They knew what they were doing, and any questions we had, the answered them promptly. A great experience.
Very easy to use begginer inrerface with the ability to quickly upload important documents that re needed for closing.
Miss Hayworth was the consummate professional !Her knowledge and experience far surpassed anything I could have hoped for !
The service was professional and haggle/hassle free. However, for whatever reason I could not complete the process completely online and we had to relay on UPS. Not sure which is most cost effective but the online process would have been more convenient.

Daren Bodine was outstanding from start to finish. He was the reason I stayed with VU. Ryan Doran was spectacular as well. My underwriter, whom I never spoke to, was amazingly efficient and his/her efforts I completely recognize as hugely significant.Together, this team made a daunting and scary process achievable, and now I am in the house I could only dream of. Thank you to all!!!!!

Had a great experience. Every question I had they had an answer for me immediately. If I left a voicemail after hours I was a first call as they got into the office. Fantastic customer service.
