I'm very pleased with my experience. My loan team was great, and they ensured I had a completely hassle-free experience. In fact, they did such a great job, I was able to close on my new home a week early. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

For homebuyers who are planning to finance a loan with large sums of (e.g. 80% principal), better have complete documentation on the source of your funds. These underwriters dig deep like they are the IRS. Otherwise, I confide very deeply in Jon Lucas.

The experience through Veterans United was great being a first time homebuyer is hard but my loan officer made it really easy.

I had never heard of Veteran's United until they contacted me via a Zillow.com home purchase interest. At first, I had assumed they were related to Veteran's Administration, but they are their own entity. I am quite pleased with this group and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a home with their V.A. benefits.

I really like the online portal and how easy it is to upload documents to the website. Overall, VU did help us get into a house in a relatively short time frame but communication was an issue.
It was quick and painless and the staff had my interest at heart. Very knowledgeable staff that helped me through the process with care. For a first time buyer it was absolutely wonderful to work with such a great team.
