Thanks to Karol and her crew this was the easiest home loan I have ever done. The VA loan with conventional lenders is like speaking Martian, In a short period of time we had the loan headed to closing. The only critizem would be the underwriters its like a black hole when it enters.
Working with Veterans United was a very pleasant experience, every single time I had a question they would get back to me in a timely manner and with a satisfactory answer. The part that I loved the most was being able to do everything from my phone when I wasn’t home, their website is well organized and easy to find stuff. Another good thing was that when it comes to a lot of paperwork VU would send me paperwork to complete once it was needed, I didn’t have all those items waiting in my inbox, it would probably drive me desperate if i had so many of then just sitting there. I would recommend VU in a heart beat!! No doubt

When I first heard about using the VA loan, I was scared about making the big jump into buying a home. But I know a lot of people that have used their VA loan, with veterans united and heard plenty of great things about them. And going threw the process of the loan, with veterans united, was easier than what I thought it was going to be. They always kept me in the loop of things, and was very, very quick at getting back to me when I had my questions about my loan, and any documents that I was sending up. Veterans United made the process of home buying so smoothly, unlike how people say how stressful it is.
