It was a very easy and painless experience, and despite the fact I must of drove Jake crazy with questions and phone calls, he was always professional and helpful. Carl was very helpful but it was hard working with the underwriter. I am just happy that we were able to purchase our new home because of carls help and dedication. I know I called Carl a lot and at times I felt like one as bugging him with all my questions trying to get this deal done. But he was patient and worked with me.
