My entire experience was pleasing, only thing that I feel needs improvement is that it was very Lax on return phone calls. I was able to look at Emails every hour, but if someone is not able to do that it could slow the process tremendously.I feel that when an Email is sent it should be followed up with a phone call to notify that there is something that needs review. I think all phone calls should be returned before close of business on that day. Sometimes you have questions that need to have a clarification asap.
Overall I loved the experience as a new buyer, the only suggestion I have is some of the online documents went sent for your review won’t allow you to check them out again once you close the document so I had to contact my agent and ask them to email me those documents so I could better review them. Other then that they were very helpful and made my part way easier than expected.
The loan process is quick but you do have to give a down payment it’s not all as pink as it states. The interest is less than in other banks.
Veterans United was great, everything went smooth, Highly recommend them, wish I new about them when I bought my first home 20 years ago.
