The overall performance was good. I had some issues with the estimated monthly payment and the actual monthly payment in the final disclosure which was notably higher than the estimate. The payment issue resulted from known items, annual taxes & home owners insurance which were greatly under estimated in all the docs until the final disclosure statement

Jamie, Kyle, and the rest of the veterans home united team have made the first time home buying experience an absolute blast. It can be easy to be intimated by the process, but my team was with me along the way answering any and all questions, made the process very easy with the help of the portal system, and it will be that way for anyone and everyone who utilizes their business. I can't say I can give an actual review because I can't simply think of any criticisms to address. It was perfect. I can't think of any ways they can improve and neither will you. Supreme.
