In addition, our representatives form the bank, Kelly and Kay, are experts. They are familiar with the Clarksville area and were able to answer any questions we had since we are from out of town. If I were to purchase another home, I would contact Kelly and Kay, again to secure my loan. They provided exceptional customer service and helped me to secure my loan quickly. The San Antonio United Veterans group rock. They know what it takes and how to do it without making it a three ring circus. They make you feel welcomed. They keep you informed from start to finish. My hats off to Paul Perez and Jenifer Lopez.
Personally I would recommend any Veteran in the market for a new home to go through Veterans United. Or at least to contact them before they commit themselves to a loan agency in purchasing a new home. I think they would choose Veterans United because acquiring a VA loan is a lot of information gathering and Matthew and his team will lead them through it smoothly and quickly.
Love the team, Shane and Julia, although there were some last minute things and communication going on it, was an overall great experience.
