Veterans United was an incredible company to work with. We had quite a few complications that we were bringing to the table and were actually turned down by another lender saying there was no way we would need more time before being able to purchase a home. VU did absolutely everything to be sure we would be able to purchase our home and still remained honest with us the entire time about when it wasn’t in our favor also making sure we did not put any money down before getting a guarantee which was incredible! Now we are homeowners and we absolutely love our house as well as our mortgage payment!

When this process started, "buying a house" was just an idea, and I wanted to see what our options were. Turned out we were actually more ready than even we knew. We had put in the work to get our credit and finances up, but Adam and his team turned that into an amazing house. Working with VU made this process so much easier than it could've otherwise been. VU has an amazing library of resources to help educate you about what it takes to buy a house, and thanks to Adam's team and the realtor he suggested I was never surprised by anything. Before each step, they were there making sure I understood what to expect, and they actually stopped me from doing something stupid more than once. We closed on our house yesterday and everything turned out even better than expected. We could not be happier, and we owe it all to VU. If you're on the fence about buying a house, you owe it to yourself to just give them a call and see what your options are. You just might be surprised.

The overall layout of the process was very simple. I didnt have to scan much of anything in, alot of the paper work was done for me and all i had to do was esign. I moved across the country during this process and i must say it was pretty easy. I would do it all again woth Veterans United.
