Had a good not great overall experience! I think we waited to late to start pushing paperwork and at the end it was a rush and closing date had to be pushed back! They are helpful and will get you everything you need!

My loan officer, Jake, was able to answer every question and offered great assistance throughout the loan application process, pre-qual to closing. Even though he and his team aren't local, it sure felt like it! Loan team was quick to respond emails/phone calls, didn't miss a beat! Thankful that Veterans United and those involved were able to give my family and I our first place to call home!

I Was Very Disgruntled Because I Actually Texted Colin's Team Phone And Asked The Status And No One Texted Back. That's Is The First Time I Didnt Recieve A Reply Throughout The Whole Process. Our bank made home buying a miserable experience. When my wife and I were at our lowest point and discourage we found Veterans United. Two weeks! I say again two weeks and now we have a home.
