Great work all around, but in particular Jenn Cooper. My case was a bit more complicated than normal, and she was kind, patient, accessible and FAST. She took responsibility for the seams between VU and other parties in the mix and made certain it all got done. 10 stars, 5 bags of popcorn, 100 out of 100, rated fresh on the tomato-meter, by any metric, she kicked ass!

I bought my first home last month. Eric and team made the buying process run smoothly. They made sure to answer all of my questions and guide me throughout the process. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I also plan to use their service again when buying houses in the future.
I will be recommending Charlie and the team even for non vets because this is a hectic process and they made it easy all the way through except when I had 30 minutes to get a money order or certified check lol... seriously if I purchased another one I wouldn't have it done any other way.
