Great work all around, but in particular Jenn Cooper. My case was a bit more complicated than normal, and she was kind, patient, accessible and FAST. She took responsibility for the seams between VU and other parties in the mix and made certain it all got done. 10 stars, 5 bags of popcorn, 100 out of 100, rated fresh on the tomato-meter, by any metric, she kicked ass!
