Neil Hansen (senior loan officer) is mainly the reason that I give 10 stars! I started with him first and decided to go with another loan company that had made all these promises about offers. It was truly a headache. The denied us with stellar credit' I returned back to Neil and he took off running and got things done asap. He was so accessible and saying that he was patient is an understatement! I was a nervous pain and he never made me feel that way. I often contacted him because my loan processor was not very accessible at all! However Neil always got me answers even when the questions did not pertain to him. He truly put me at ease throughout this whole entire process. Thank you Neil and thank you for tolerating me with a great attitude! You have no idea how comfortable you made me feel! There should be many of you in every company.

My experience with this firm was nothing but stellar in every way. I had some very complicated things happen during my house purchase and they came to the rescue and straightened everything out. I can’t say enough good about them. They are on the ball and they don’t miss a beat. There were several times where I was panicking and they talked me off the ledge so to speak because they are so good at what they do. They are also very caring very accommodating to their customers and they bring up answers to questions you hadn’t asked yet because they’re always ahead of the curve. I highly recommend working with this crew. They are absolutely a dream to work with.
