

ended up spending over a thousand dollars extra on hotels due to missed deadlines which I was lead to believe would not be missed. I made ample attempts to make all needed information available but was not informed when my bank was not cooperating (which I could have fixed had I known).

I was deployed when I bought my first home and VU made it so convenient and helpful for me to do the whole thing.

I think that when all the papers that need to be e-signed it should be with the understanding that they will be skimmed over. With all the phone calls it should be brought up asap if buyer will have to provide money at closing. I personally was under the impression that I would not have to have any money at closing until 3 days prior.
