Agent made two rather critical errors during the loan process. One nearly cost us the sale of our home and the other may have left us with no homeowners insurance at all! This was simply poor judgement and lack of organization or maybe focus.

As a first time home buyer, this is a nerve-racking process. I got frustrated but the team help make the transition to being a homeowner amazing.

Overall a positive experience from VU. The entire process as a whole was stressful as can be but VU at least was easy and straightforward. At times however I wish some information was a but more forthcoming such as fees for appraiser, and other such tasks like providing copies. At times felt like I was constantly copying and scanning things that could have been communicated more clearly. But overall that was small potatoes.
