Only problem I had was the interaction with the Title Company during the loan processing phase. There was a lot of lag time regarding them dealing with our PITI calculation (primarily property taxes). Still not happy with with the annual tax bill for next year as it stands now.
The representatives are prompt in answering any inquiries. They pay attention to any questions, concerns that you may have. They are readily accessible by phone or email.
I shopped around for mortgage companies and felt immediately comfortable after talking to Veterans United. My husband and I are so glad that we choose VU. John Parker and his team always kept us up to date with what was going on with our loan, and I knew that I could call him with any questions. My realtor even loved them, and said she would be referring veterans to Veterans United. We have already referred a friend to VU.
