I would absolutely, and already have, recommended many veterans and current service members to use Veterans United. By far a easy and fantastic learning experience. The staff taught me quite a bit about the loan process as well as home buying procedures.

I've heard VA loans are so hard. This company made it easy.
While Veterans United seems to pride themselves in working with Veterans and for their interests, their current processes are filled with much red tape and in the end, they are only interested in the bottom dollar. The team members do not do anything to go above and beyond and their policies are not clearly defined up front causing people anguish and stress during the lending process.

Great company
From start to finish the process went without issues. Maggie was amazing and kept me calm every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better Home Loan experience for my families forever home after military service. I also cannot say Thank you enough to Maggie and her team for everything!
