I worked with Tandi in the very beginning that started three years ago, yes three years ago to get my credit at a score that it needed to be in order to become a home owner. Tandi was patience and never gave up on me. Tandi would call every six months and help with knowledge in what I needed to do. The last time she called i did not know that I had finally reached the score needed. Next Tandi sent my information to another Angel Nathan Anderson, then I was informed and introduced to my team. I love that United Home Loan makes all of the paper work need so easy to send back to them. I loved the stages notifying you what was happening throughout the process.My next Angel was Alyssa Kroner- Transaction Coordinator , with the help of Nathan and Alyssa they made my dream of being a first time homeowner a reality. Heather was really helpful throughout the entire process, and it was really easy to work with her, and reach out to her in case of any questions.She walked us through the loan process, home inspection, appraisal, and closing.The whole process was very smooth, and it dint even feel like we went through the process, as some people say is very tedious, and painful.
