My experience was great overall. My only complaint would be that there was about a two week gap of no communication. In those two weeks, I tried calling the transaction coordinator many times but she never answered her phone. I know I could of got a response through email but I was on the run a lot and tried calling at various when I was off the ship. Overall your team did great and I would recommend to friends and family.

Took longer than expected and seemed there was unnecessary redundancy in documentation.
Our process was made difficult by an agent that didn't seem to know what she was doing. It seemed like every time I turned around paperwork was messed up or we were being charged more for something that we should have known about long before.
