Many frustrations with rhe underwriter. There was a miscommunication with someone. Not sure who on the survey of the house but once Seth found out he was very informative about where we were and what steps needed to be done. We closed 2 days after anticipating ans Seth was a huge help. Seth was a more than a 10 but other areas struggled along the way.
