From the very first day I initially applied to Veterans United (on a Sunday), Terry immediately reached out to me. From then on, our working relationship was exceptional, and his commitment to excellence is well above and beyond anything that could have been expected. He did everything he could to help us move into our new home before our baby arrived, which gave us three crucial days to get our belongings into the new location. It was a huge stress relief to know that he was competent and capable day in and day out. I remember calling him on a random Saturday night to talk about a home we were interested in, and he was so enthusiastic to talk to me, despite it being a weekend. He deserves your organization's top award, and I would be willing to do anything necessary to ensure that he is recognized for the exceptional performance he displayed.
