This is the second time we have tried to get a mortgage from VUHL. This is the second time that they could not verify our income. I am not Loan Specialist, but it seems like that would be the first thing to verify. Our loan fell through the first time, because they didn't verify this. We were literally 2 days from closing and then they swept the rug under us to tell us that my income verification didn't come through. If that was verified in the beginning of the loan process, we woudn't wasted our time and energy to get the house. The second time we tried VUHL, same thing, income verification. At least everything this time went through, but still without any major speed bumps. I will never and would never recommend this company ever again.

I still believe Veterans United asks for too much personal documentation than needed, however, they helped me through the process every step of the way!
