I think that Bri did an outstanding job working with me and letting me know what was going on and letting me know what she needed and when she needed something from me. She was always very nice to deal with even when my stress levels would get up. But the lack of information that was coming down over all and the whole process I did not find very well managed. They made the deal work but it was not smooth and had stress levels way to high for something that didn't need to be.
