I would have no problem recommending VU to friends and family. The mortgage software was a modern and easy to navigate. Customer service was top-notch and if Derek wasn't available he had someone there to help me in his absence that could answer any questions.
it was hard at the beginning but then all good things come with pation and doing things right and my loan officer did more than expect. if I ever need to refinance my home I will use him again.

They were quick, very responsive, and always kept me in the loop about everything. Everyone was also great to work with.
