The process with the Underwriter kind of came down to the wire due to one of my underwriters neglecting property tax information in an email from my title company, and then essentially stating he never received it when I brought it up in question. Although I was able to get this issue resolved in time through some extra firm coordination and discussion, this could have easily been circumvented.
first off you locked me in at high ass interest rate and second of all you gave me a high ass mortgage payment every month and kept final cost from me up until closing on the last dam day so you ask me if im happy how you treated this vietnam veteran thats a fucking joke have a nice fucking life
