I just received a statement today owing a late fee for not paying my Jan payment on time. I was told not to make the payment due to loan closing soon (20 Jan).on the restreamlinlng of my loan. (Where is the communication??)

Overall process was good. Some of the information requested seemed extreme, i.e. all pages of personal bank accounts, etc. Also, interest rate was higher than other lenders.
