This is a difficult question. We will not use VUHL again. We've never had this much difficulty trying to get a loan. We are veterans - you are veterans - you know military why do you need a memo stating why our DL addresses are different from the state we are in? Why do you need to know why we lived at different addresses? You knew the closing date of our house and exactly how much money was going into our account, why would you pull that day and have to ask why there was a large amount deposited? You needed LESs for four months in a row.. after we've qualified. You needed a memo saying why daycare wasn't needed after you were told we were funding the loan off Dustin's income only.. Common sense isn't so common with this company. The last time we purchased with the VA it was NOTHING compared to this. It was a violation of privacy for how many times bank statements were needed... To prove the exact same thing proven with the last statements.
