Even with delayed event's from appraiser, the individuals from veterans united stayed active on the situation.
Overall, an okay experience. Not fantastic, but okay. Some members of the team were better at communication than others. One major concern I noted, a mandatory fix on the exterior of the house was noted during the VA inspection. The report was given to Veterans United. Two weeks later, during our last week prior to closing, is when we were notified about the issue and that it needed to be resolved before closing. Somebody dropped the ball. Thankfully the seller agent was on top of things and the issue was resolved in a timely manner, but by not communicating that information immediately, Veterans United caused some undue angst. All is well that ends well, though.
