Derek and Matt have been absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process. We were kept informed every step of the way... treated with respect..... exemplary service.
Overall experience was excellent, except when UT came time to release the funds during closing. The funder left in the middle of the transaction and did not pass along his duties to someone else. This delayed our receiving the keys to the house.

My loan team was awesome. My case was hard work and they did everything possible to get me approved. Brian Peters also went the extra 10 miles when we ran into a credit score dip!
