The process was very different than I remember, but of course times are changing. Prior to our file going to underwriting Angela DeBill worked with us to fine tune our packet. She was amazing. I remember the week prior to closing she called me on the phone with encouraging words. Angela stated that this was her week to stress for us, and that her team will be working all the way up to closing to make this happen, and it did; flawlessly.
We appreciate the length of time it took to close our loan. Overall we were satisfied with Veterans United Home Loan process.
