Our overall experience was great. Very Fast and efficient service. The only hickup was the term earnest money. I hadn't heard that term before in any other real estate transaction but turns out it was the deposit to secure the transaction. I would suggest if you are using the term earnest money that you put (deposit) next to it! So the lay folks understand!
