Overall this was a very positive experience for my wife and I. We had a little scare about 48 hours to close when we thought we were going to be pushed from a Friday close to a Monday close. This would have been a tragic issue because both my wife and I had made plans to be off work and scheduled for the weekend to move in the new house. I contacted Mr. Tim Dobbs, Director of Customer Relations and he made the Friday close happen. Please thank Mr. Dobbs for being a very consumer focused and friendly person. Thank you all for your hard work for my family and all the Special things your organization does for military veterans.

As a VA, we don't see many supporting venues and when we come across one that not only states that they are helpful to veterans but ultimately proves that they are, it brings a sense of happiness and joy..

I think my purchase went fairly smoothly overall. The only issues I had were that Chris and Nicole didn't seem to communicate as well as they maybe could have as I had to sign some paperwork more than once to return to them. Also I think that my documents could have gone into under writing sooner so there wouldn't have been the delays at the end. But in the end everything worked out and I am very happy with my purchase.
