Started off great, Sent all the requested paperwork in and 4 days before closing was a scramble being told of how Marie Houchen dropped the ball and didn't follow through with anything... Etc. the closing date was moved 3 times, almost lost the house

There were parts of the process that were frustrating and difficult, but it wasnt the fault of Bruce and Veterans United, in my opinion. Dealing with NIFA proved to be cumbersome.
It's always a pleasure dealing with Tony and his team of experts. They nearly halve the processing time of a VA mortgage on a consistent basis. They're professional and accessible. Will always return to VU for all of my mortgage needs!
