They always called ,or text back saying they would call soon , and explain what we needed to send back to them in a timely fashion, they were always very prompt and always very polite. We also always felt Veterans United customer service was a pleasure talking to them very helpful always very up beat, also want to to mention Robert, Kody's assistant the first person we spoke to, he was great to work with also.
