It was stressful but she kept me well informed and got the job done I could not ask for more
We were told that we were getting a refund at closing of nearly $4,500 and ten two days later at closing the refund was $3,600. I know that most things are approximate until the official closing but $900 is a big difference in over estimation in my opinion.
Always on the ball and would clarify anything I wanted. They worked well with us and the realtor and made the entire process smoother.
