Our loan officer was very helpful and always available to answer questions. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to secure our loan. We're moving in now and couldn't be happier!
There were a lot of problems throughout the process. In the beginning everything was smooth and then as it was getting to closing things started falling apart. VU was not responsive to questions and calls were not returned. Closing was moved twice and almost a third time due to errors at VU. As it was did not receive my check until a Monday when closing was on Friday/

The loan officer and his assistants were what I term as proactive conscientious and thorough. Totally knowledgeable about their jobs and how the entire process works.

There were a few hiccups near the end but they were remedied as fast as they were noticed. Overall, a great job.

Doug howe was the worst ever he lied to me and my wife about everything we asked him, I could never get a straight answer out of him ,he wouldn't return or phone calls and he blamed me for the untimely closing date even though he didn't have the title info or taxes on the property .He had no idea of the time retains I was under because of us buying a HUD home which I informed him of and he later told me he only did one other hud home ,if I knew that I would have gone elsewhere. I had to spend almost 1000 dollars for additional extensions because of his repeted delays and lack of communication. I was ready to walk away from the house and check in to the psychology ward at the VA that I work at after dealing with him. Because of him I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone
Our loan officer Nick Price did a great job in all aspects of the process. He make it all clear and easy for us to understand. We feel the whole teen was really working on our behalf. We would recommend everyone to use their service. They make life so much easier :)
