the only discouraging event was when the numbers got screwed up and was told there would have to be a change of down payment when there didn't need to be one. It just made the situation more stressful then it needed to be. Also seemed like there were more underwriting than needed to be as well.
Having the same representative work with me through the whole process, made things much easier. Dan Salter did an outstanding job.

Working with Luke and Melissa was an amazing experience. They were very professional and always kept me informed and up to date on the process of the loan.
Throughout the process I felt like I was having to pull information from the lender (i.e. Not knowing that the builder was behind on documents which ended up holding up the closing). This also surfaced when I was not aware that we wouldn't be closing on a scheduled day until one day out when I called to ask. Very bad communication throughout.

Very knowledgeable about their positions also you get one on one. Counseling with every aspect and with all problems you come across while trying to fill out paperwork etc they are there to answer all your questions you may have i was very lucky to have Dj Leverton help me with my applications and if i did not have him to give me hope and encouragement i would have probably gave up and threw in the towel now i consider him as a true friend for life and would send as many vets who are looking for a house his way just from what i experienced thanks Dj from both of us you really helped us start a new life together.
