I once thought that I would never ever own my own home.and when Veterans United showed me that it was possible I didn't think it would be possible. And when I signed the paperwork I felt like Crying, jumping for joy and fainting all at once. My thanks to all: Gabe, Eric, Vickie, Cyndi and Tiffany... WHAT A TEAM.🫶🏾🫶🏾💜💜

Veterans United has the vets family and interest first. It is such a great feeling to have a team like this on your side when you’re making the biggest purchase of you life. I was very nervous about everything. They all assured me and made sure I was comfortable all the way. Even with some annoying questions I had. From helping me bring my credit to where it needs to be, to closing on an absolutely beautiful home. I can not thank Veterans United enough for all they have done. I will recommend them to any Veteran. I promise that! My own mother even uses VU. Thank you guys so much, seriously.

Thanks for your time and interest in my thoughts about the Home Loan Process with Veterans United:On the Veterans United Website, I recently ask "where my first June 1st payment should be sent so that I will not have a late payment. But, I did not receive a response from Veterans United.VETERANS UNITED WOULD NOT PROCESS VA HOME FOR ME.Why did Loan Officer steer me toward a conventional loan instead of focusing on trying to get a VA home approved for me?
Why was there confusion about whether or not the home I was purchasing would qualify for a VA Home?
Why did Loan Officer have me ask the Realtor if the Home would be approved for a VA Home Loan?
If you are the experts for VA Home Loans, why would Loan Officer have me ask the Realtor about whether or not the home would be approved for the VA Loan. The Housing market locks out veterans from using the VA Home due to cash offers and to overbids using the conventional loan whereby creating an Unfair and discriminatory Housing Market for Veterans and their families which HUD nor CONGRESS will not address. Veterans United does nothing special for veterans and they are using "Veteran" to bring in business as a Regular Mortgage Company whereby I had to shell out almost $14,000 to buy a home when it should have been $0. This is a deceptive sales practice. This could also be classified as "MISINFORMATION" by making veterans believe that you are actually there to help them.VETERANS UNITED CHARGING DANIEL REEVES(high credit rating) A HIGHER INTEREST RATE (7.3%) TO SUBSIDIZE LOANS FOR THOSE WITH A LOWER CREDIT RATING AND TO BRING IN PROFITS FOR RICH GLOBALIST OLIGARCHSThe USA is a Socialist Police State and Corporations, like Veterans United, and the Government are now colluding to transfer wealth from the Middle Class to Rich Globalist Oligarchs and to illegal immigrants in order to fundamentally transform the USA. This is being done now at VETERANS UNITED!The current Administration is now laser focused on creating Marxist/Fascist controlled Dictatorship and my family is a prime target of the Government and Corporations because we are a patriotic military family who have traditional American values. We are now second and third class citizens(THIS IS A FACT). This is why you are charging me such a high interest rate. Veterans United does not benefit me nor my family. They are only taking advantage of me by using "Veteran" to attract customers(victims). They actually steered me away from using a "Veterans Benefit."VETERANS UNITED IS A RIGID AND UNFORGIVING MORTGAGE COMPANY! THEIR UNWRITTEN MOTTO IS PROFITS FIRST! PEOPLE LAST! VETERANS UNITED OPERATES IN MANNER THAT IS SIMILAR TO A COMMUNIST OLIGARCHY WHERE ONLY TOP LEVEL EXECUTIVES BENEFIT MONETARILY FROM LURING UNSUSPECTING VETERANS TO APPLY FOR A CONVENTIONAL LOAN WHICH HAS NOTHNG TO DO WITH VETERANS BENEFITS. THIS WOULD BE CONSIDERED MISINFORMATION. VETERANS UNITED SHOULD REMOVE "VETERANS" FROM THEIR TITLE! THIS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF CORPORATE TYRANNY AT IT'S BEST! PFIZER AND MODERNA WOULD BE PROUD!I ask Loan Officer, to drop lockin rate and to start a new contract to avoid penalties, But, this request was refused. Why did Loan Officer refuse?Lockin rates are normally 30, 45, and 60 days. I believe Veterans United could have found a way to not charge a penalty. But it always about "The Benjamins." Nothing else matters.LASTLYDue to the potential loss of livelihood, Most Americans, to include Veterans United are afraid to speak out about Government/Corporate corruption and wrongdoing. Therefore, I don't believe you will address some or most of my issues which is fine and I understand. As former federal employee, My colleague(whistleblower and Army Veteran) was sent to prison for exposing corruption and wrongdoing within the Government. Corporations are no different and they will take extreme measures against any employee who interfers with their ability to earn a profit. This is a fact. This may sound trite, But, money is truly the root of all evil and we have taken it to the extreme. “The Golden Mean’ is no longer a prevailing wisdom that can keep our country on a stable and virtuous path. If this sinister thirst for power and money continues to be the norm, then, we will most likely lose our way and the country will be destroyed. We are on that path now. I have no hope for the future especially as it pertains to the Governments current Economic Policy over the next two years which will have a negative and detrimental impact on working and middle class Americans as well as Veterans and their families.By charging me a 7.3% interest rate and by steering me away from using the VA Home Loan with no money down is proof that Veterans United is not working on behalf of the Veteran.I believe my thoughts are the same as the majority of Americans. But, the Government and Corporations just don't care because they are more interested in the USA losing its National Sovereignty in order to become subservient to a One World Government.Unfortunately, our future is not bright. Thanks for your understanding and patience. With all due Respect,Daniel L. As a first time homebuyer, Adam, Monica, and Jordan made this side of it a very easy experience. They understood this was our first time buying and broke the process down in ways we could better understand. A million thank you for all.

My husband and I just wanted to take a moment, Zach, Katie and Britney and everyone else who worked behind the scenes who we can’t really call out by name, your entire team and say from the bottom of our hearts, “Thank you”. You made this hope that we didn’t really fully believe would be possible and made it an expeditious reality. Thank you for working with us the way you all did, with care and kindness, and ensured we were able to get our home. Thank you every single one of you is appreciated from the bottom of our hearts!
