Some items and instructions given were confusing and had to be explained over causing some anxious moments for us... Both of the gentlemen were very nice but sometime I felt that they did not communicate with each other ....

Jeremy took my loan over after another Bank had mishandled my loan processing and left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a ton of anxiety. Jeremy took upon the task until completion and started asking how he could improve his service to me.
