Communication was poor, overall process was very inefficient, repeatedly asked for information that had already been provided, overall customer service was not good.
I don't know where to begin. It was all outstanding from start to finis. Rob was excellent I sincerely hope that man gets a big raise he was extremely professional and helpful the entire process. My family an I are very happy with the house and our overall home buying experience. We will recommend Veterans United to anyone looking t buy a home that has veteran eligibility. The only discouraging part of the experience was the fact that we paid over $3000 in closing costs when we were told at the start of the process that as a veteran, I would have no closing costs. But my loan officer, Luke and his assistant, Melissa, were awesome.
